Governance
The Upper Ottawa Valley Aces as an organization fit under District 5. District 5 is just one of 10 local associations that make up the Ottawa District Minor Hockey Association (ODMHA). The Aces must conform to the policies of both these organizations. Still, the Aces have their own constitutions and set of rules and regulations that govern the day to day running of its affairs.
