Head Coach - Gerry Leblanc Introduction Letter
Dear Parents and Players, my name is Gerry Leblanc and I am very excited to be taking on the role of Head Coach for the U10 A Aces for the upcoming 2022-2023 season.
I have played hockey my entire life and having the opportunity to pass some of what I’ve learned along the way to the next generation of players has been a passion of my for sometime now. I’ve been Coaching hockey now for over 2 decades as I try to balance my career in the Canadian Armed Forces which is coming to an end after 35 years of service. Having the opportunity to be a multi sport Coach in the Forces I’ve had a successful record at both Regional and National sporting events.
As head Coach I will be positive, enthusiastic, supportive, trusting, focused, goal-oriented, knowledgeable, observant, respectful, patient and a clear communicator.
As a soldier were thought about Core values no different for hockey players, words like Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Leadership, Performance will be uphold in everyone this season keeping in mind hockey is a fun sport. While working on Team goals throughout the season we will develop into a Championship Team. I will give the players every resource to be the best U10’s hockey players in the region.
