2025 Constitution Change #4 Add: 7.16 Vice Chair Rep B Duties Rational: -Chair all discipline meetings and attends all appeals in regards to Rep B -Establish a Competition Committee at the start of each season for which the responsibilities and duties are established as per Rules & Regulations -Represent the Executive at any dispute resolution/mediation meetings as required. -Provide a monthly report at each Association meeting.

2025 Constitution Change #3 Add: 7.15 Fundraising Coordinator Duties Rational: -Organize annual fundraising activities that are established by the UOVA -Approve all fundraising activities that are submitted by teams during the regular season subject to the Aces fundraising policy -Organizes the player conditioning camp. -Provide a monthly report at each Association meeting. -Act as a resource to the Executive, our Association and bench staff, and at times, be used to seek resolution. -Help oversee the tryouts. -Provide a monthly report at each Association meeting

2025 Constitution Change #1 Add: 5.4 Executive will consist of: Fundraising Coordinator Rational: The UOV Aces added fundraising and sponsorship last year and there is a need for an Executive Member to over look this task. 2025 Constitution Change #2 Add: 5.4 Executive will consist of: Vice Chair Rep B Rational: The UOV Aces have taken control of the Rep B Pilot so we feel that having a separate Vice Chair for Rep B will help lighten the duties of the existing Vice Chair AA.
